About the postion:
In this position, you will work as a Norwegian speaking customer service employee for an international gaming company. Your job will consist of helping Norwegian customers both by phone and e-mail, and provide support. You will answer questions regarding the games console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to give the customer a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling.
No sales are included in this role.

About you:
You have completed upper secondary school.
You are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
You have good technical skills and feel comfortable working at the computer.
Your police records are clean.

Safety factors:
Relocation package including accommodation and car allowance.
21 days holiday per year.
