About the job:
In this position, you will work as a customer service employee for an international GAMING company. Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and email. You will answer questions regarding the game console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to give the customer a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling.
No sales are involved in this role.

To succeed in this job we appreciate that you:
Speak Norwegian fluently and in writing
Can speak and write English
Good computer skills
Interest in Gaming is a plus
If you have previous experience in customer service or service, it is an advantage.
