Norwegian speaking Collections associate

We are now, on customers behalf, looking for a Collections Associate to their risk department in Stockholm.Our customer is an international finance company with offices worldwide.The successful candidate will perform qualified collections work and be in charge of the Norwegian Equipment Finance portfolio.The tasks include contact with our end customers via telephone or mail, agree payment, payment plans and solve outstanding issues.The collections work is based on an analytical approach whereby the customer accounts and outstanding, unpaid invoices are carefully selected and prioritized.The Collections function is an integrated part of the business model and closely related to deal with underwriting and sales. Some of the key responsibilities You are responsible for, but not limited to: *Call collections.*Collection of customer debt and solve issues for your dedicated portfolio.*Close down contracts and send assignment to external collection agency.*Continuous contact with external collection agency, to follow up on your contracts.*Handle bankruptcies within your portfolio.*Contact with Asset Management department for repossession of equipment.*Minimize losses and maximize income opportunities for your portfolio.*Pro actively solve issues through customer/vendor/internal communication.*Know and keep yourselves updated on our financial products and contract terms and conditions.*Help our workout team with cases in Norway due to Norwegian language.*Help our underwriting department in deals due to knowledge in Norwegian language.Your manager will in additions to this also assign you ad-hoc tasks and projects. Qualifications *Fluency in Norwegian.*Good understanding of English and Swedish.*Good communication skills and consumer centricity.*Two years experience from collection, credit or leasing is desired but not a demand.*Computer skills in Office systems: Word, Excel and Access.*Basic accounting/ledger knowledge in order to complete closing of account analysis.
