As a Credit Risk Agent, you will be part of the Credit Risk team at Care by Volvo. We focus on managing credit and fraud risks with our product. When a customer subscribes, we look at thousands of data points to evaluate both the solvency and identity of the applicant, and we do it digitally in less than a second. Many customers are approved automatically but a share we need to carefully investigate manually to make final decision – that's where you come in!

You will solve difficult problems in a unique environment – blending the startup culture of Care by Volvo and the mature business of Volvo Cars – with a talented and motivated team. You will be based in Stockholm but as you will be collaborating with colleagues in different geographic locations, a certain amount of travel is expected. We are not able to offer relocation support for this position.

What you will do

·       Talk directly with customers and help them finalize their Care by Volvo application 

·       Review incoming applications daily and make manual credit and fraud risk decisions

·       Improve automatic decisions by analyzing data and using case-by-case insights from customers

·       Sample manual and automatic decisions and evaluate conformity with policies and instructions 

·       Design operational processes that improve customer experience and reduce operational costs



You and your skills

·       Fluent in Norwegian (native level proficiency)

·       Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Has experience in a customer service (meritorious)

·       Has experience from credit underwriting or fraud investigation (meritorious)

·       Has a bachelor's degree
