We are looking for a Norwegian Speaking – Customer Representative for Banking Industry to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:
- Full time contract 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:00, Friday 9:00 to 16:00

What you’ll experience with us
As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
- Receive and make phone calls/emails on behalf of the Webhelp, Webhelp’s clients and partners or on behalf of their clients
- Perform service requirements of Webhelp’s customers providing an efficient, polite, friendly and honest response to their queries and requests for information
- Provide relevant information in a professional and timely manner in order to maximize sales and achieve performance objectives
- Work in a team of Customer Service Specialists to achieve and overachieve the team’s performance targets
- Work to achieve targets in all areas, highlighting development needs to Human Resource Manager where required in order to keep them informed of training / coaching input needed
- Write and design detailing reports
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in Norwegian and had an advanced level of English
- Have minimum a secondary school diploma
- Are able to responsibly and independently carry out customer service specialist duties
- Can perform working tasks according to job description, comply with regulatory requirements and the organization's internal rules of the procedure
- Can plan and organize own work and working place, working independently and in team, in order to accurately and creatively meet the challenges of the organization's core values
- Are able to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients and management
- Have good telephone communication skills and excellent listening skills and ability to develop reports
- Have good knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet
