The Customer Service department´s primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna´s customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. In Stockholm, we are about 100 agents handling customer errands for seven different countries.
Your mission is to give our customers great service by answering their questions over phone, e-mail and social media. You will be involved in different projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. The Customer Service department is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
