Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Our esteemed client, a prominent player in the banking and IT sector, is seeking dedicated individuals to enhance their customer service team in Stockholm, Solna, on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-class customer support for Norwegian and foreign banks, as well as first-line internal support within a significant segment of the IT industry.

- Engage directly with end customers of banks, delivering support and solutions that make a real difference.

- Perform services primarily through phone-based interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 17.00.

- Post-project opportunities include a variety of shifts encompassing mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

What We Need From You:

- Fluency in Norwegian is a must.

- Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English.

- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a team environment.

- Proficiency with computers and a systematic, detail-oriented approach to work.

- A positive, motivated attitude, with a customer-focused and service-driven mindset.
