Little did you know that you just took the first step towards the most amazing team and colleagues that you could possibly think of. And no, that is no exaggeration. Maybe you clicked the link because you’ve used our service before and like the idea that it should be easy to shop online and collect your parcel? At Instabox we offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We’re constantly changing the game. Always trying out new things. And we encourage our people to do the same - to grow and develop. No team plays a bigger role in the delivery of our service than, you guessed it - Customer Service. Because let's face it, when something does go wrong you want an easy to reach and helpful person to help you solve the situation as quickly as possible. That’s where we come in.

What you will be doing
We are currently seeking part-time Customer Service Agents who want to join us on our journey. The team is young, energetic and filled with people who make sure that every shift is fun, even when s**t hits the fan. To be a part of Instabox customer service means that you are the face and the voice of the company. The team reaches out to several thousands, yes thousands, of Instabox users daily, and always delivers excellent service and assistance.

You will be contacting users over Message (SMS), Email, and Telephone. The questions are of varying size and character, where we trust you to do your utmost to maintain our good judgment in your interaction with our users. We want our customers to continue to have a positive experience of Instabox and we attach great importance to the experience of the delivery to those who use our lockers.

Equally important, we also answer internal calls from our couriers that are out delivering packages all day to help them sort out problems before they become issues for our users.

We are open between 8-22 on weekdays and 9-19 on weekends, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.

Who you are
To succeed in the role of a customer service agent, we believe that you should be driven by working in a rapidly changing environment. You should have a well-developed sense of service and think that problem-solving is fun - you will do a lot of it. We’re looking for people who can give excellent service but we also value your personality and that you care about your team.

When we review your resume we believe that we will find evidence of the following:

- Two years of experience within customer service or a similar role where you have interacted with customers on a regular basis
- Proof that you are a confident user of different IT systems and comfortable working with computers (who isn’t these days though, right?)
- Comfortable with expressing yourself in Norwegian, Swedish and English both written and verbal.


- If you have experience working in Zendesk then that will help you hit the ground running, but it is not a prerequisite for the role
