About the role:

Among other things, our customer handles customer service for a Nordic streaming service that provides entertainment in the form of films, sports and TV series - this is the team you will be part of. Your work mainly consists of answering inquiries from customers via phone, email, chat and social media. You gain good knowledge in communication and problem solving, and if you have ambitions for more, there are also good opportunities for development internally in the organization.

We are looking for a person who:

• Is customer service oriented
• Is able to collaborate and values teamwork
• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian
• Is 18 years old and has finished high school.
• You don´t need previous experience but if you have been working in similar role before it´s a plus.
