About the role:

You will be working in team which is taking care of customer service for TUI, the world´s largest travel agency. You will be in contact with Norwegian speaking customers through phone and e-mail. It will involve helping customers for example with questions regarding their travels and bookings. You will be working office hours Mon-Fri, some job shift on Saturday may occur.
Maybe you are looking for your first job, maybe you already have experience? Either way, we´d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a person who:

• Is customer service oriented
• Is able to collaborate and values teamwork
• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian
• Is 18 years old and has finished high school.
• You don´t need previous experience but if you have been working in similar role before it´s a plus.
