The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* To liaise with the business partners on customer relationship management utilising SalesForce functionality
* To provide service and support through utilising various systems across a wide range of products
* To collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure we are providing the highest level of service and any queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Minimum gymnasienivå with relevant work experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Fluent in written and verbal Norwegian is essential
* Additional Nordic language skills is preferred.
* Good written and verbal communication essential in English.
* Customer facing experience in a B2B environment preferred.
* Use of SAP and Salesforce is desirable.
* Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.
* Experience of supply chain and logistics is also desirable.
* Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Travel: 5 % expected - Should customer visits be required
