Univar Solutions, one of the leading chemical distributors in the Nordics, is looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team in Malmö. We are embarking on a journey to take the traditional Customer Service into a 2.0 version. We are currently at the beginning of this journey. For the most part, the job itself will center around supporting the ”order to cash”-process. In addition to that, we are heading towards more automation through optimized digitalization as well as a cultural shift for the Customer Service department. End goal? Less administration, more customer experience. Welcome to the team!


About the position
You are responsible for the ”order to cash”-process. That covers the process from receiving a purchase order from the customer to the goods being delivered and Univar Solutions getting paid. In other words:
• Registering customer orders in the system (SAP)
• Delivery follow up
• Taking incoming calls and emails from B2B customers
• Guiding our Norwegian customers through the purchase process and following up their requests
• Handling reimbursements and complaints
You will find yourself amid a diverse team of 12 colleagues with a great dynamic. The office is super commuter-friendly in the center of Malmö.


Your background
We believe that you have experience in working in some sort of customer support function and are used to various software (preferably SAP or another ERP-system).
You have a positive and proactive attitude towards colleagues and customers alike. You have a keen sense of quality, and you like taking responsibility for your work and your contribution to the team.
We also imagine you to be curious, open minded, and happy to try new ways of working.
As we are a global company, English at full professional proficiency is required, as well as Norwegian as that will be the customer group in scope.
