Are you a social and outgoing person that thrives on giving good customer service? Do you have a talent for making the customer's experience extraordinary? Then this role is for you! We are currently looking for customer success agents that want to be a part of our hyper-fast growing company. If you want to develop your skills and further evolve through the many responsibilities of a customer's success agent do not hesitate to apply!
Responsibilities
- Have daily contact with customers through email or chat
- Support customers with orders, payments or general questions
- Communicate and support store-pickers and riders within the company
- Obtain and communicate customers feedback to further develop internal processes
Requirements
- Service minded - you love to help customers and have a positive outlook on the different challenges you may face
- Result oriented - you are a person who likes problem solving and always strives to find solutions
- Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and English
- We consider it a great advantage if you can communicate in Finnish and Danish.
- Can communicate well through email and chat services
- We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience within service
