We are now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Success Representative for our office in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is driven, committed, and wants to provide the best service for our customers. Axon is an international e-commerce company using technology and innovation to simplify business purchases of promotional products. Our headquarters is in Stockholm, and we are currently active within nine European countries. The company is young, dynamic, and fast-growing, leading the development in the industry.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responding to inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from corporate customers. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts in the Norwegian market, and therefore, you will have a strong influence on the customers overall experience of the company's service level. Your main focus areas will be to provide fantastic customer service and to handle their cases carefully. You will also be responsible for increasing cooperation with existing customers by offering the best service with an intent to build long-lasting relationships. The position has a strong focus on sales through service and upselling. Responsible, problem-solver, and creative are some characteristics that we are looking for in a candidate.
The position is full-time, and the working hours are between 08.30 - 17.00 Mondays to Fridays. The employment will start off with extensive training in order for you to feel comfortable and succeed in your role right away.
Who you are
As a person, you are driven, committed, and ambitious. You need to be client-focused and have a service-minded approach. You are a good communicator, able to build trust, and are responsive to the customer's needs. You also take responsibility and ownership during all stages of a customer case. You must be motivated by working towards clearly set goals and driven by achieving good results. You will work with Norwegian customers so fluent Norwegian in both speech and writing is required. It is an advantage if you have an education in a relevant area, such as service management, finance, or sales education.
