MultiMind is now looking for a Merchant Support Advisor for one of our clients. This is a junior-level position that requires fluent Norwegian and English skills. For the right candidate there are good opportunities for development within the company.

The task:
In this role, you will be part of the Customers Service department, with the primarily goal to deliver excellent service to the company's business partners (merchants). You will:
provide merchants with service over e-mail mainly. Some telephone support is also involved Solve issues of a more complex customer service nature as first-line support is outsourced answer a wide variety of questions concerning for example techinical or invoicing issues.
Your profile:
We are looking for someone who is looking to grow within the field and who is comfortable with working independently. Your are results oriented and excellent at problem solving, as well as confident in your communication with external parties. As you will be part of a close-knit team of advisors, we also see that you are communicative and thrive in a fast-paced, social and international working environment.
Your background:
We would like for you to have some experience in customer service or similar roles previously. Great emphasis is placed on personal traits, but fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement.
