We are searching for an Norwegian/English speaking customer service agent who is eager to join a dynamic and modern organisation located in either Stockholm, Oslo, Tampere or Vantaa.

Nordic Sports Brands Oy is seeking a Norwegian speaking talent to look after our Nordic customers. As a Product Specialist you will initially be responsible for customer assistance through phone, email and chat in the beginning, with the possibility of an in-store environment in the future.
You will be part of our skilled customer service teams already operating in Finland and Sweden. You will provide our customers with efficient and reliable service and be prepared to develop a strong understanding of our products to assist in product selection. Problem resolution, self-motivation, and a willingness to provide the highest level of customer service while maintaining a professional manner in challenging situations are required for this job. We expect you to have accuracy, enthusiasm for learning and good communication skills. However, the most important thing is a positive problem-solving attitude and a genuine desire to help the customer.
We hope you are the person who has
● At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
● Ability to work in a team. Success in the fitness trade is common - so the attitude of a team player is mandatory!
● Fluent in Norwegian and English (Finnish and Swedish are also beneficial)
You might benefit from

We are offering full-time position and your work hours may be scheduled for evenings and weekends in accordance with the opening hours of our customer service channels. Your work location can be ether in Finland (Tampere or Vantaa), Sweden (Stockholm) or Norway (Oslo).

Recruiting process
This recruitment process will include interviews with both Barona and Thule. You will also be asked to participate in two work related psychological tests and finally, we will conduct a reference and background check.
