On behalf of our client, a world-leading white goods company, MultiMind is looking for a Service Expert. Our client produces refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, microwaves, stoves, cooker hoods, and ovens. The company employs over 70,000 people worldwide, and this position sits at the Nordic HQ in Stockholm. 



The job As a Service Expert you will be the go-to for service technicians, who are visiting customers to repair products in their homes. You primiary tasks will be to help them solve technical issues. 

You key responsbilities include: 

Technical support via the phone and email to Service Technicians, who are on assignment at the end-customers, fixing products. 


Support of administrative systems, where service orders, orders of spare parts and product changes are registered


Support to the Customer Contact Centre, when retailers call in with problems of technical character


Review of claims and requests of product changes

Various ad hoc tasks 




The profile
If you speak and write Norwegian and have profound knowledge of electrics, then we would like to hear from you. More specifically, we are looking for someone with: 

Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, and working proficiency in English


Basic skills in electrics 
Experience working as a service technician or acquired similar knowledge in other ways
Experience using computer and phone in relation to work, including experience with the Office package
Strong relationship-building skills 


Merits
