Are you fluent in Norwegian and have experience in Technical Support? Then we have a job for you! We are constantly getting new requests from our customers within Technical Support with Nordic languages. We work with many different huge international companies and can guarantee a fun and developing work environment! 

Job Description: These jobs can all be different, but some of the tasks you may work with are: 

Receive and handle incoming cases from customers by phone and email
Follow up service repairs with service partners via phone and email 
Conduct technical troubleshooting
Perform outgoing calls to follow up customer experience
Handle support tickets 
Follow up cases to ensure customers satisfaction 
Your Profile:       Great skills in handling computers and phone calls simultaneously 
Easily being able to navigate between different systems 
Experience in Outlook and Word 
Experience working with Excel 
Experience from technical support by phone 
Native in Norwegian
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing 
Other Nordic languages a merit
