About the company  Our client is the organisation behind several of the world's largest beauty brands. Today the company employs more than 20,000 people across the globe of which 100 are working at the Nordic headquarter, which is located in Stockholm. Here is an opportunity to join the customer service team of an international, well-known hair brand. 

About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be serving both Norwegian and Swedish clients. You main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries on the phone and mail. That includes everything from questions related to the products to registering orders and supporting the logistics department with information concerning the delivery. 

The profile Your drive and attitude is what is most important. We are looking for a serviceminded and positive person, who is motivated by solving problems. 

High School degree
Fluent in Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English
Solid IT skills
Do you have prior experience with service/sales/administration? And have you worked in SAP before? All the more reason for you to apply!
