Do you enjoy helping others and find it easy to see the solution to everyday practical problems?

Your role is to connect with our customers everywhere and anywhere, with the aim to solve any issues and celebrate successes.

As our new Customer Care agent, you will meet our customers online and engage with them wherever and whenever they share their experience with us. Give support to our customers on social media, as well as traditional e-mail, chat and phone. You will work with product related questions, complaints, transport issues and support the customer in their purchasing journey.

Are you the person we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, communicative, and like to provide support to customers. You have relevant upper secondary education and experience from similar professions in retail and customer service. You are fluent in Norwegian and Swedish and you are also proficient in English, in both speech and writing and have good computer skills in the most common Office programs.

You have an interest in our products and the work will require knowledge of these.

Location: Malmö
