Now we are searching for an experienced cook to our culinary team!

We are looking to expand our culinary team and therefore we are searching for the next star to the heart of the hotel - the Kitchen.

At the Lodge we put high emphasis on providing an extraordinary overall experience that surpasses guest expectations, and as part of this in our kitchen we work almost exclusively with local products partnering with local producers. Based on this philosophy our Chef together with the culinary team compose a seasonal four course menu. Day time we offer a two course lunch menu.

Our primary focus is that you are a team player with a natural curiosity who is passionate about delivering an overall experience that goes above and beyond guest expectations. We consider the Service staff and the Kitchen to be one unit and we highly value a mutual environment of support and cooperation. We work a lot across department lines, especially within the restaurant, but also with our other departments and we see it as a given that you have a passion for cooking, enjoy social interaction and have previous experience working in the kitchen.

Duration: 100%
Working hours: Daytime, evening, and every other weekend
Salary: According to agreement

Transportation: Access to car and driver's license is a requirement as it is not possible to travel to us with public transportation, we can also offer help with accommodation.
