NPI Associate Program Manager

About the job description:
You will be working in a teaming arrangement with Program Managers (PM) to co-manage complex Program assignments. We need you who can create structure in a fast-pacing environment. As an Associate Program Manager at our client site, you will support the NPI Managers all the way from idea to implementation. You will be an important cog in streamlining the business through your ability to keep track and ensure that the projects flow with as little administrative friction as possible.
Examples of tasks: Duties will vary based on the Associate Program Manager’s and project needs but may include the following types of activities:
- Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders
- Maintain project information trackers by collecting information from different stakeholders for material demand, project information and other requirements
- Responsible for overall administration and information, such as creating, checking, compiling, updating, storing spreadsheet and reports
- Create your own administrative routines from best practice in dialogue with the team
Your profile & background:
You´ll join a small international team where everyone contributes with different skills. Therefore, we attach great importance to your personality. You recognize yourself in being responsive, thorough and service-oriented. You thrive in the role of "spider in the web" which means many contact surfaces. Collaborating with others is obvious to you, while you are happy to take your own initiatives. You are flexible and clear in your communication. An advantage is to see that you have experience of creating your own working administrative methods, as this is a new role for the customer.
This means that you:
- Mastery of spreadsheets, database use, and presentation software (Microsoft Office)
- Foreign language proficiency and desirable, although minimum demand is fluent English
- Have an experience from project management or similar
- Excellent skills in teamwork and interpersonal communication, meet colleagues and stakeholders with a high-quality service approach
- Are structured and gets things done
- Are an experienced user of Excel and SAP - preferably have experience from other purchasing organizations and understand the different roles and competences within Sourcing/Procurement
