The Emergency clinic and surgery ward at the hospitals of Eskilstuna and Nyköping, Region Sörmland, Sweden are looking for nurses.

We are looking for:
-registered nurse within EU/EEA with experience in emergency care or surgery
As a nurse in our team, you are responsible for planning and implementing the patient's care needs throughout the care process. We work in teams, which provides increased interprofessional collaboration, short decision paths and high patient safety.
We work actively with competence development and offer lectures in various medical areas. We also offer great opportunities for in-depth study of your special interests and participation in the development of new ways of working.
When you come to us as a new employee, you follow a well-established routine for training to get the best possible start.

Terms of employment:
Before you start working with us, you must have basic knowledge of the Swedish language. We offer the opportunity to learn Swedish digitally. Your employment will begin with an introduction phase, during which you combine Swedish training to reach C1 level (license requirement) with introduction at the clinic. Once you have received permission from the National Board of Health and Welfare and the induction period proves to be satisfactory, this automatically becomes a permanent employment.
