About us
Service Operations & Technology operates in Volvo Cars Service Operations, responsible for making life less complicated for consumers by providing efficient, desired and sustainable technical solutions and concepts for our service providers. This responsibility goes all the way from product creation to implementation in the markets. The ART Data Driven Service & Software within Service Operations & Technology need talented people on board. What you will do
As a Product Owner for Electrical design & Diagnostic information, you will lead the development of this product area by driving the roadmap and create and prioritize the backlog for the teams. This product area is responsible for developing and reviewing aftermarket information used in diagnostics, securing high quality, completeness, and release to market. You will work closely with the ART management team and architects to provide guidance for the teams to take decisions to successfully deliver our state-of-the-art diagnostic information.
As a Product Owner, you will drive dialogues with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization, and you are an important communicator towards the teams on goals and purpose. Since you will join a team working agile, you will work in close collaboration with the Scrum Master and Team Manager to help and make sure the team has all the tools and prerequisites required to maximize efficiency and delivered value.
Within this product area we put a lot of efforts in improving efficiency for users and also creating internal efficiency by investigating new technologies and benchmarking competitors to maximize value.
This is you
You are a visionary leader with profound understanding of how the diagnostic information supports our technicians in repairing cars. Your academic background is B Sc or M Sc within Science, Economic or similar, and you have minimum 5 years of experience from technical development or working with retailer operations. You enjoy understanding the needs of our users and converting that into technical requirements. You are already an experienced leader with good hands-on knowledge about agile development principles.
You can critically analyze problems and identify possible solutions quickly, using a data driven mindset and applying a customer-driven perspective. You will also be responsible and accountable for the product, taking decisions on what to prioritize. Your English speaking and writing skills are excellent, as we are a truly international team working in a very dynamic environment.
