Our Exciting Opportunity
At Board Power Microwave we are now looking for an experienced and passionate object leader. As an object leader you will lead a dedicated design team responsible for designing the discrete board power solution for Ericsson's Microwave products.
You will work in close cooperation with other design areas, such as digital-, radio-, PCB- and thermal design. In your daily work the role will include collaboration with global production sites and other design centers in Sweden.
We foresee a deep interest in creating winning teams where you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals. You will foster a creative and learning culture. Status will be reported both to main projects and line management.
We use the latest design and simulation tools in order to develop our world class products. We keep track of new technology, methodology and design techniques, ensuring that our design activities are kept at a world class level. All work is team based with experienced and dedicated individuals. We believe that our employees are the key to our success!
You will
be a part of a positive and engaged section where your roll will be
planning, defining and setting priorities of tasks for the design team
lead the design work and make sure that we follow our design process
be the main interface to our partners and secure alignment of the project work
participate in the resource planning and competence development activities
continuously drive and improve our way of working in the product development process
To be successful in the role you must have
good communication and collaboration skills
experience in team leadership
BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or equal
good technical understanding
fluent in English
Ericsson product knowledge is an advantage
