Object leader for thermodynamic system within electrification

• Electrical Actuators and Sensors for E-mobility are responsible for electrical actuators, such as pumps, fans and valves, mainly in cooling systems.

• Design team responsible for the design of hardware in the thermal management system of our electrified vehicles.

So, what will you do in this position?

Together with the group manager and product owners, you will lead the team to achieve our goals and improve our way of working. All teams are responsible for many components with interfaces towards system owners in several departments throughout Scania and also MAN and Navistar.

We are a mixed team of men and women with different backgrounds and origins sharing a great commitment to our mission. The fact that we are in an ongoing transformation means that you will have a great opportunity to be involved in shaping what this role will look like in the future.


We are looking for you who are/have:


• a bachelor of science in engineering or Msc/civil engineer
• great interest in leadership and technology
• experience with Scania's product development process is a merit but not a must
• experience in agile work as we are in the middle of a transformation to take agile work into our hardware development
