Your work assignments
We are the project office responsible for delivering high-quality control system software for our future ICE engines and after treatment. You will be working closely with software experts, system owners, testing experts and many other groups to secure project deliveries on time. This is a job with varying tasks that involve a lot of responsibility, drive and flexibility as you plan, coordinate and drive the entire department's project deliveries and challenges. You will have cross-functional communication with other departments and roles daily.
As an Object manager, your day to day work includes tasks like:
• Leading the object/sub-project and show direction for the line organization.
• Owning and following up the time plan.
• Driving risk management work.
• Be the interface between the main project and the line organization.
• Proactively lifting the gaps to ensure deliveries on time.
• Preparing and driving project decisions.
• Continuous improvements in the department.
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration, clear communication and efficient teams.

Your profile
You like to take initiative and lead teams to deliver results, solve problems and reach set goals. As a person you are passionate about your job, and want to lead our projects in an un-prestigious, structured way and at a high pace. You have experience of working with SW and/or HW development within the automotive industry. You have good communication skills and the talent to develop and maintain a wide network of contacts at all levels. You are comfortable presenting and reporting to larger groups.
We are looking for a candidate with a master of science in engineering, leadership skills and a high interest in new technology. If you have experience in project management, we consider this to be very much appreciated.
