Purpose of the job :

The main responsibility is to ensure the performance of the integrated platform products in TechFlo programs. As the lead integrator you will manage and coordinate all activities in program related to platform integration and continuously monitor and drive the required performance. You will also be a key contact for all critical issues related to platform and its usage in the field.


Main responsibilities:

Platform Integration
Integration of Hardware & Software components
Ensure the correct measures and test procedures are being executed to be able to meet our reliability and performance targets
Ensure the management of configuration
Accountable for acceptance criteria in term of stakeholder acceptance
Issue Management
Able to facilitate meetings with senior technical experts and drive it to conclusion
Leadership & Team management
Lead and motivate a team to perform and take charge of quality and performance in terms of platform validation
Respond well to behaviors such as Agility, Anticipation and Lead by Example
Test & Lab Strategy
Responsible to define and improve the test strategy together with optimizing and identifying the lab needs


Competencies & Skills

Experience from Rail, MedTech, Automotive, Aerospace, Telecom or other safety critical systems development is desired.
Experience in testing systems including integrated hardware and software.
Experience from working with change management systems to report deviations and verify changes
Very good knowledge of English
Excellent interpersonal skills - communication, teamwork, flexibility.
The ability to take foreign business trips (mainly Europe).
