ABB Motion delivers a complete range of motors, generators and drives as well as PLC products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy in a more efficient and sustainable way.
We are looking for an OEM Sales Professional in our team you will be accountable for driving sales and business development by leveraging the strengths and values of our products for the Swedish market. You will be part of a strong and winning team with colleagues across the country. In your role you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and you will be located in Göteborg, Jönköping or Norrköping.
Your key responsibilities
Create and execute a sales plan with the purpose of driving growth through OEM customers, both new and existing accounts.
Take full accountability of your targets and continuously analyze current market to identify necessary proactive actions.
Analyze customer’s needs and challenges in their respective application to provide a value proposal of products and solutions together with experts in a wider sales organization.
Be customer focused by creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and be an ambassador for ABB's complete portfolio.
Contribute to the sales team within the Motion business, ensure collaboration and share information and opportunities within the team.
Continuous work in CRM system (SalesForce) and Microsoft 365 Platform.
Your background
Positive, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset, you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You also enjoy solving problems in a structured and collaborative manner.
Result oriented and demonstrate patience and tenacity in driving complex sales and have a successful track record of long sales cycles from new and existing customers. Experience from OEM channel sales is seen as an advantage.
A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships throughout all possible levels and disciplines with an organization.
Although our corporate language is English, you are required to be able to speak Swedish fluently since you will be working on the Swedish market and have strong communication skills, written and verbal alike, for both.
A higher level of technical degree (university) is preferable, however in this position your personality will be valued higher than the formal education. You will nevertheless need to have a genuine interest in tech and the ability and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of motors, drives and PLC is highly desirable
Drives License (B) is required as you will travel to interact with customers regularly.
