Off-shoring Test Manager

The Off-shoring Test Manager has a coordination key role and a focal point in the organization leading the activities in the off-shore testing center located in Delhi.One of the main responsibilities is to bridge and manage the interface between OMX activities in Stockholm with activities performed in Delhi. Part of the role is also to have ownership of the main code track of the CLICK and SECUR products.This involves driving and following up quality improvement activities related to the main code track.Quality is proven by periodic regression testing with automated test tools.The Off-shore Test Manager is assigned a budget to drive future improvements of quality activities.You will also work continuously with improving the testing strategies for off-shore performed testing. General responsibilities: - Act as OMX's contact person to the off-shore development centre concerning testing expertise.- Learn and develop best practices concerning managing off-shore based testing.- Evaluate and enhance the test strategy used for off-shore based testing.- Work part-time in larger projects to assist the project to get best leverage of the off-shore test centre.- Owner of the main code track and its quality assurance. Qualifications: - B Sc in engineering.- 3-5 years of work experience.- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.- Experience from working as a test leader.- Experience from automated testing is an advantage.- Experience from securities industry is an advantage.- Experience from working with off-shoring relations previously is an advantage. To suit this position you have excellent communication skills.You have a genuine interest in understanding complicated trading and clearing systems.The successful candidate is motivated and has the ability to plan and lead activities.Furthermore you have a will to engage in improving the off-shore driven regression testing of the CLICK and SECUR products.
