Global offer development - let’s introduce ourselves
We are a growing team that sits at the heart of Volvo Cars’ transformation journey. Our purpose is to create commercial value by developing and launching new offers to our markets and improve live offers based on customer insights and data analytics.
Our offer portfolio consists of all types of car ownership models, for example subscription, lease and loan. In our growing scope as well are the optional add-ons like accessories and bundled services that makes the usage experience great, take home delivery as one example.
Offer development manager – this is what you’ll do
You will lead exploration, development and launches to ensure that what we launch to our markets generates the intended key results. This means taking ideas and making them into proposals, drive development projects and launching end-to-end customer solutions.
We’re looking for you!
You are bold with integrity and curiosity as well as take accountability, both for your own direct area of responsibility and the success of the team. You enjoy taking on complex tasks and you are fast to identify what to prioritize to reach results. You would have the ability to work highly independently, in a matrix organization and you are proficient in translating data and consumer insights into ideas and proposals. With ease you can communicate clearly and have experience of working towards and presenting to senior management teams.

Qualifications:
• More than 5 years hands on experience working with business development or similar
• Experience in driving cross functional and complex projects is a prerequisite
• Experience from designing and implementing online customer offers & online/offline customer journeys is a merit
• Proficiency in building business cases and decision material is a merit
• Fluency in English, oral and written is key.
