Offerings and Customer Concepts Manager to Göta Energi

For our customer Göta Energi we are now looking for an Offerings and Customer Concepts Manager for a consultant assignment trough Wise Professionals. The assignment will continue for approximately 10 months and is preferred to start during April/May 2020. This is a fulltime position that is located on Sten Sturegatan 12 in Gothenburg.

Your mission

We are now looking for a driven leader for one of the most exciting areas of Fortum Consumer Solutions. With your perfect combination of analytical ability and communication skills you will play a key role in securing competitive offerings and always be putting the customer first. Göta Energi has a strong focus on developing new customer centric digital offerings, as well as improving their existing business. You will also lead the management of the portfolio of products and services.

The position is in the very center of the business, so you need to have an excellent understanding of the business and consumer market. You will be responsible for the profitability of the portfolio and ensure that the business is guided towards Göta Energi´s strategic goals. Through digitalization you will also be continuously improving operational and financial performances, by increasing customer centricity and operational experience. Finally, you will be managing the regulatory compliances that cover the different aspects of the product portfolio.

In your role you will have the support of great colleagues across the Nordics helping you to develop and succeed. You will be a member of the Business Unit´s Leadership Team and will report to the CEO of Göta Energi. 

Who are you?

We see that you have proven business performance and a good track record from leading consumer services business and P&L responsibility. You have a strong commercial mindset and business acumen with strong drive and target orientation. We see that you have a Master or bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering or other relevant advanced degree. We also see that you have great communication skills, orally and in writing Swedish and English.

To become successful within this position you are confident in making decisions. You have a great curiosity for how the consumers live and act in our digital world and you are willing to recognize the customers´ challenges and finding good solutions. You have great experience from project management as well as a strong commercial mindset. Göta Energi aims high and likes to succeed together.
