THIS IS THE JOB
For this position you will be an important player, a specialist working with the strategic needs of our clients, combine Office 365's capabilities with Dynamics 365's capabilities. Therefor it is great that you have an emphasis in either Office 365 or Dynamics 365 and have an interest in learning both to gain the added value that can be achieved by combining the platforms.
To have an interest in information and document management is for you a no brainer. You need to have a good ability to understand an organization's various information flows and translate these into an information structure. You will implement the information structure in SharePoint, Teams and make it compatible with the structure in Dynamics 365.

That is why your profile suits us like a glove when you in addition to expertise in the technical platform, also understand the client´s processes and strategy. Of course, you have an easy way to motivate and explain strategies linked to technical decisions and solutions, whether you talk to the client's marketing coordinator, system manager or CEO.

SKILLS THAT MATTER
Some knowledge and experience are more relevant than others. In this case, we count on:
- Experience in implementing CRM systems and / or experience with productivity tools in the Office 365 suite (SharePoint and other tools)
- Thorough understanding of operations and processes within sales, marketing and service organization.
- A solid understanding of the digital workplace and the employee's needs and user experience from an individual, team and organizational perspective.
- An interest in Microsoft's ecosystem and how Microsoft's products interact and develop
