MSX International is looking for an office admin support to join our busy team in Gøthenburg, Sweden.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual, with a real flair for reporting and who thrives on improving processes.

The Role
Whilst working collaboratively and supporting colleagues the office support admin will be responsible for maintaining office standards, invoice handling and be the main contact for suppliers in Sweden.

Using your initiative to shape and improve existing processes, the office support admin will also include the following:
* Main contact landlord, cleaning company etc
* Procurement of office supplies
* Office facility responsible 
* Coordinating annual reviews (security, fire inspections etc)
* Quotes and purchase orders, supplier management
* Annually and on an ongoing basis. Input to FoE/finance team
* Lead development, testing, training, and maintenance of the BC plan for the Gothenburg HUB
* Coordinate execution of the Response and Recovery


The role of office admin support will suit a self-starter who can work effectively and efficiently alone. Our ideal candidate will:

* have experience in the Automotive industry
* have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* have experience in producing reports and analysing information
* be a quick learner, with the ability to pick up new systems
* be confident in communicating
* administrative skills
* structured, independent, positive and responsible


Working pattern and location
* 40 hour per week
* Monday - Friday
* Gothenburg
