The West Atlantic Group is one of the markets leading providers of dedicated airfreight service to European National Mail Organisations and airfreight capacity to Global Integrators and freight forwarders.

West Atlantic is looking for an office administrator with initiative, a lot of energy, an eye for details as well as good communicative skills.
We see the perfect candidate as someone who has experience in the service business, enjoys supporting the organisation with a variety of tasks within the areas of administration.
The job:
As office administrator you will be working with a strong connection to the management but support all levels of the organisation. The job includes a wide range of administrative tasks such as office management, correspondence, maintenance of web pages – internal as well as external.
Main responsibilities:
• Work with office suppliers and craftsmen to ensure the offices are maintained.
• Internal communication, mainly by intranet updates, including maintenance of same.
• Maintaining external webpage.
• Handling of mail.
• Supporting the management team with a variety of administrative tasks such as correspondence and meeting organisation.
• Develop and maintain profile templates for the company to ensure a uniform presentation of the company.
Qualifications:
• You have previous experience from the service business in an administrative role.
• You are stress resilient, flexible, ambitious and possess an abundancy of energy.
• You are a people person and enjoy maintaining contact with colleagues from all over the organisation with a very wide variety of requests.
• You are used to work in a structured manner, prioritising and getting things done- without losing accuracy in your delivery.
• You must speak and write fluently in Swedish and Business English.
• You have a driving license, and you have expert skills in Microsoft Office.
• You have experience with further developing and maintaining webpages.
