OM TJÄNSTEN
The Office & HR Coordinator is a new key role in the Fluido Gothenburg Office. The aim of the role is to be a key driver in creating an engaged workplace that breathes the Fluido culture and where our employees feel at home. The role will consist of office and HR operations as well as administration tasks. The role is 20 hours per week, preferably 8-12 or 12-17 Monday - Friday. The Office & HR Coordinator will report to our Swedish HR Manager in Stockholm and work closely with the management team in Gothenburg.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Making the Fluido culture come alive in the office. For example, pimping the office facilities and planning fun activities for the employees.
- Office operations, administration and communication. For example, purchasing office supplies and snacks, being the go-to person for any office-related questions, updating instructions on the intranet, communicating changes, gathering feedback from employees regarding the office, and support with general administration.
- Manage internal events and sometimes customer events.
- Support the on- and offboarding of employees. This includes welcoming new hires to the office, being a go-to person and ensuring the employees have everything they need.
- Collaborate with the Gothenburg region management team on initiatives related to work culture and employee well-being.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Earlier experience in administration.
- Meritorious if you have experience in a similar employment role.
We are looking for a person that is engaged and committed to making the workplace fantastic. Someone that is outgoing, happy and truly cares about the people in the workplace. It’s great if you are passionate and have excellent skills in communication, interior design and driving own initiatives. You should work structured and be good at administration.
