Are you experienced in bookkeeping and administrative management? Do you enjoy structure in your work and seek to optimize it, while taking on a variety of tasks? Join us as an Office Assistant in our new studio in Gothenburg. You will have a central role in managing the practical (and very important) part of the office.
Your tasks will vary: from bookkeeping and organizing events to assisting the Studio Manager and production team, handling invoices, and reporting sick leave.
We view administrative management as essential to the company’s growth and development. Your input in various improvements, such as workflow optimization and prioritizing, will thus be greatly appreciated.
The position is located in our studio in Gothenburg. It is important that you are able to commute to the office or that you can relocate here. Part-time remote work is possible.

Key responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (löpande bokföring)
Final accounts (bokslut)
Accounts receivable (kundreskontra)
Supplier ledger (leverantörsreskontra)
Expense report (utläggsredovisning)
Payroll management, including sick days, expenses, holidays etc. (lönehantering inkl. sjukdagar, utlägg, semester osv.)
Declaration of taxes, VAT and fees (deklaration av skatter, moms och avgifter)
Working in Fortnox
Management of the office space and its practical aspects
Organizing after works and birthday celebrations
Planning trips, activities, meetings, and events
Helping with the introduction of the new coworkers
Supporting our management team
Maintaining supply inventory
Preferable experience and skills:
1 + years of experience of working with administrative tasks
1+ years of bookkeeping
Degree in economics with a focus on accounting
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Fortnox
Good file and folder structure discipline
Ability to multitask and prioritize your work, both on a day-to-day basis and long-term
Fluency in Swedish and English
Motivation to continue learning and developing your skills
Structure and consistency in your workflow
Experience in project accounting and/or payroll management is a plus.
