About the position
Here at Perido we are now helping our client to find an administrative person for the position as Office assistant, to join the Engineering Development & Community team. Our client is a large successful fintech company that develops smart and easy payment solutions. This assignment is positioned at the modern headquarter, right in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In your role as The Engineering Development & Community team needs help with the team's community related activities. The person will help with the following tasks:
Administration of engineering onboarding, participation, and sign up.
Help administer food vouchers and food delivery (in person events) for various engineering events/activities.
Support with assemble goodie bags and engineering seasonal gifts.
Assist with engineering newsletter and on the internal intranet.
Administration and send-out parental leave gifts (i.e., finding applicable participants, send out of the gifts etc.)
Coordinate and book lunch and learn/tech talks meetings (i.e., send invite, record, edit recordings).
Assist Stockholm Community Manager with virtual or face-to-face events.
Support the Stockholm Community Manager with other ad hoc and administrative tasks.

Your qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have some experience within organizational projects, as of coordination, scheduling, etc., as well as be comfortable to work independently. As a person, you are sociable with great communication skills, and you have a proactive and creative mindset. With an eye for details, you never leave anything to chance, and you always make sure to deliver work results with quality. Furthermore, abilities like quick learning, flexibility in new contexts and a prestige less image will help you succeed in your role. To thrive with the team, we also hope that you have a positive attitude and want to contribute to an energizing work culture!

Requirements
Post-secondary education
Experience from a similar role
General computer skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2021-11-30. Start as soon as possible.
