PSIAG Scandinavia AB, the Swedish subsidiary has been established in July 2017 to represent products and services of PSI Software AG's business unit Electrical Energy in Scandinavia. The business unit develops control systems for the management and monitoring of complex network structures and therefore support decentralised energy supply as well as the use of renewable energies. The initial focus is on network-operation-as-a-service in order to support our existing customers. In close cooperation with our customers, we will now advance the stabilization of the northern European energy networks and enhance our sales and marketing activities in Scandinavia.


Due to PSI's growing influence in the Scandinavian market we are searching for highly qualified colleagues to join our continuously expanding team. You will be working independently with great responsibility in a modern, challenging and demanding environment.


About the position
Welcome visitors
Staff the reception
Responsibility for the office is neat and welcoming for both colleagues and visitors
Purchase of consumables, coffee, food, etc.
Receive bids / packages / mail / invoices
Receive and make error reports to the company's suppliers
Coordinate and carry out customer events as well as pleasant events for employees such as the AW
Provide internal service to colleagues from all the company's offices both in Sweden and internationally
Responsible for purchasing to the office and ensure that the company's suppliers maintain good quality at the best price
Be the office's fire and alarm manager
Receive and be responsible for the administration of contracts with the company's suppliers such as cleaning companies, real estate companies, etc.
Manage financial administration such as the office's invoices, expenses and be coordinating between Business Controller and external auditors
Assist the marketing and sales department with practical tasks that can vary over time



Job Requirements
High school diploma
Experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in a role as a receptionist in a hotel or office
Experience in purchasing and customer service
Very good knowledge of the Office package
Stress resistance and organizational skills
Interest in personnel care, providing good service as well as handling administrative and repetitive tasks
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing as PSIAG's group language is English
