About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for an Office assistant. The client is a well-known company in the automotive industry. You will work in close collaboration with the Department Manager. The position is based in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
Your main responsibility is to support the Department managers. You support them with all business-related items to secure the best possible workflow. You will be an enabler for making sure the days are planned as effectively as possible and act as an interface between internal and external business relations through handling of the managers’ e-mail, calendar coordination, agendas, townhalls and presentation material. You will also plan and coordinate meetings, visits and events, travels, time reporting, and other administrative tasks that are within the administrative base scope.

You have the ability to create trust around you, and you’re comfortable with working at a high pace. We hope that you are used to work proactively, and you know how to prioritize your work. Further, you are analytical, organized, and have a great attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Experience as a business assistant or several years of experience in a similar supportive role
Good knowledge in MS Office
Comfortable working in a team and individually
Driving license B is required
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2024-08-30. Start 2023-04-17.
