Office Assistant - rider hub

Looking for a flexible job where you can even choose to work parttime or fulltime (35h)? We’re looking for a hands-on office assistant in our brand new rider office in the heart of Stockholm City (Hötorget).

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Office management for both riders & our local rider management team

- Rider equipment inventory

- Manage our electric vehicles for the riders



YOU ARE

- Good in organizing

- Easy to communicate with

- Hands-on (you get things done!)

- Flexible



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- English speaking (any other language is a pre)

- Basic computer skills



Start date: As soon as possible.

Working times: flexible working hours (7 days a week, between 6:30-00:00)
