About the job
In the role as a Office Assistant, you will work with various tasks in the office. You will primarily be responsible for the reception but also have administrative tasks.
Your main tasks will be:
• Receive, welcome and help visitors
• Responsible for the reception
• Administrative tasks
• Arrange and book meeting rooms
• Mail handling, archiving and copying
• Contact with office suppliers
• Assist business projects
• Organization of events
About you
We are looking for you who have at least 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator. You must previously be responsible for the reception or office. It is meditative if you have experience of working as an administrative assistant as the role also involves assisting internal staff.
Other important features for the job is:
• Service minded
• Ability to prioritize and have many balls in the air
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• IT skills
• Solution-oriented
We will attach great importance to personal suitability.
