About the role

You will have one of the most important roles within the company as you will be based in our reception area and have close contact with both colleagues and visitors.

Besides being a great internal and external ambassador your focus will be the physical office space. Our vision is to have the best office in Stockholm, for both employees and visitors. Your mission is to make sure that the office standard is best in class in terms of the working environment and service for visitors. You ensure that all social areas such as meeting rooms, reception, and kitchen areas are tidy and nice at all times. You will give our visitors a top-class welcoming and service filled with positive vibes.

About you

We believe that you have experience from a similar role, are service-minded, and are self-driven. You take initiatives and actions and you fancy structure and being organized in everything you do. You are filled with energy and spread positive vibes, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment, and you are flexible in your way of adapting to new situations. You are fluent in Swedish and English both orally and in writing.

Your working hours will be from 8 am - 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch. This role could either be a part-time or full-time position, we are flexible.
