Would you like to be in a role where you have a responsibility to create a great environment for colleagues and clients? Would you like to order food to the office, plan events, manage receipts, handle suppliers and ensure that the office operations are efficient? And that a part of your role is to handle CMS support and create content? Then this could be the job for you!
About the role
As our Office Coordinator you will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. You will be working with different tasks like preparing coffee for meetings with clients and handling travel expenses. You will also be responsible for the contact with the estate manager and to fulfil the colleagues and the office needs for supplies and services. This requires that you have some understanding for purchase, economy and at the same time love to make smoothies.
You need to be comfortable serving your colleagues, able to carry out administrative tasks and work independently.
As our office coordinator in Malmö express it, “it’s a very mixed role, I get to be both creative and administrative, always with the focus of creating a pleasant atmosphere for my colleagues”.
You will also give CMS support to our clients, write content for the web and participate in projects as a Content Manager. So a very varying role!
Must haves
Experience from administrative tasks.
At least 1 year1 experience of service related work.
Experience from handling CMS, preferably Optimizely (former Episerver) or Wordpress.

Practical info

Work extent: Full time, flexible office hours
Location: Stockholm
You will be joining our team in Stockholm placed at Birger Jarlsgatan 32B. Here we have an inspiring environment and about 40 really nice colleagues.
