We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for an Office Coordinator to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role
As an Office Coordinator at Zimpler you are the face of the office and you run the day-to-day office management. You deliver first- class service to our employees, customers and visitors and make sure our Stockholm office is an attractive workspace with daily breakfasts, all the coffee and drinks we could need and an inclusive and warm culture. You make sure we are compliant with internal and external policies and regulations and you will support and execute internal events and celebrations at the office. You will be part of our People & Culture team and report to our Head of Workplace Experience.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Together with the rest of the WE-team you will have a hand in creating activities and events that help promote Zimplers culture and tie us all together
- With the WE-team develop and implement routines and processes for all workplace requirements
- Engage with our internal customers, suppliers, landlord, building security and building engineering, providing timely feedback for stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with our health and safety, fire safety, security, contractor controls and policies and procedures
- Participating in all building operations, space planning, front office, shipping & receiving, events support, employee moves, and small construction and engineering projects
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal etc.
