About the job
As a Office Coordinator at Etraveli Group you will responsible to keep our office in order, make sure the kitchen and the conference room are welcoming and representable for our employees and guests. You will be responsible for serving our daily breakfast in the office. You will also have contact with our different suppliers regarding our facilities and ordering office supplies, coffee, fruit and breakfast. You will manage fault reports regarding the property to the landlord and also be in charge of planning office activities.
You will also be responsible for the reception- answer the intercom, handle the mail, and answer calls coming from customers and companies that want to get in touch with employees working at ETG.
In this role you will also be a part of arranging company activities, furnishing the office in cooperation with the Office Manager and handling GDPR-requests from customers and of course, other tasks may also occur.
We believe that for this positions, personality and a positive attitude is the key to success. A willingness to learn is more important than experience. We want you to have an eye for details and always strive to make our office as cozy and nice as possible.
The position is a full-time fixed-term employment of initially 1 year but with the possibility of extension. Start in June and you will be located in Uppsala.
Requirements
You are a social and communicative person. You are not afraid of taking initiative and you enjoy working independently.
Your background:
Experience from customer service
Fluent in English and Swedish is a must
