Main responsibilities

In the role of Office Coordinator in Stockholm you will have the responsibility for our office experience in Stockholm. The purpose of the role is to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and to take great responsibility for the office being an inspiring place that our colleagues wants to go to every day. You will ensure that our office is neat and tidy at all times and that our colleagues feels proud of their place of work. You will help internal colleagues in daily questions and tasks as well as welcome external visitors.

In this position you will also:

• Welcome guests and employees, serve as the face of Benify
• Provide internal service to colleagues from all our offices, both in Sweden and internationally, for example to help with bookings, order lunches etc.
• Receive bids, packages and mail
• Receive and make error reports to our suppliers
• Coordinate smaller events for your fellow Benifyers such as “kanelbullens dag” etc.

To succeed as our new Office Coordinator, the most important thing is that you are passionate about providing world-class service and that you thrive in an environment with many social contacts. If you are creative and preform your best when there’s a lot of tasks landing in your lap at once, this job is for you!

We also see that you have:

• Previous experience of a customer-oriented role, preferably in a role as a receptionist in a hotel or office. If you have also worked with purchasing and customer service, that is a big plus!
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are a global company
• High school diploma
• Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
