The Role
We are seeking an a motivated Office Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with our drivers, management team, and customers to coordinate deliveries, plan work schedules, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Use automated routines to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations
Monitor and report on performance metrics, including delivery times, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing any concerns and providing support as needed
Provide support to drivers as needed, including assisting with carry-in services and other tasks as required
Utilize IT systems to manage work schedules, track deliveries, and communicate with drivers and customers and English is our language of communication
Identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
Plan and schedule work, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to timelines
Ability to work with IT systems and software to manage daily operations
Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically capable of assisting with carry-in services and other tasks as needed
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
