We are seeking an Office Manager to join our People & Culture team at our HQ in Stockholm. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our 90 employees from around the world.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Prepare meeting rooms for use
Plan and execute internal events, such as after-work gatherings, breakfasts, and conferences
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Keep the office stocked with essentials and handle administrative tasks
Serve as the first point of contact for employee needs and office issues
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage office-related projects, including relocations and maintenance
Oversee the annual office budget, ensuring projects stay within budget
Support a positive workplace experience for all employees, both in-office and remote
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in project management and office administration
Ability to maintain organization and handle multiple tasks
Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
