Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people - where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health. So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher; new markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives.

As we continue to grow we onboard more and more employees into the Anyfin community across all our locations. Their experience in the day to day is paramount to the continued success of our business - goes without saying but we thought we would write it down regardless. This is why we are currently looking for an Office Manager to join us at our HQ on Drottninggatan 92 in central Stockholm.

What you will be doing:

As office manager you will have two direct reports, both working part time. Together, you will ensure that all Anyfiners, and anyone visiting our office, have an exceptional experience. This means that your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Welcoming visitors and employees to the office

- Ordering office materials and handling purchasing for the office

- Act as the main point of contact towards suppliers as well as our landlord

- Be responsible for the state of all our common areas and the office in large - making sure things are tidy and neat and that people have everything that they need,

- Arrange various activities and events for our employees, this could mean everything from lunches, weekly breakfasts (on Friday’s), happy hours, valentines day, easter and the list goes on…

- Be an integral part of our onboarding process, arranging everything from accesses to being the first person that new employees see and meet on their first day.



So far this seems rather straightforward, a normal “Office Manager job” - right? WRONG!

We believe that it could be SOOOO much more. The office team sits under the People function and works as an integrated part of our overall people agenda. We believe that there are a number things we can do to have the office-team play a more strategic role in our retention strategy and ongoing HR operations. We are not afraid to admit that we haven’t quite figured this out yet, but we are looking for a person to come in, lead this team and figure it out together with our Head of People Enablement and the rest of the function. Then there is the point about creating a holistic employee experience across different offices (Stockholm, Berlin soon Oslo and more to come), and the fact that we might be looking to move soon as we are outgrowing our current office, and kickoffs. Writing this we realize that it might just be easier if you come in so that we can have this discussion face to face…

Who you are
In order to be successful in this position we believe that you will have worked in a similar role before joining us. If you’ve led others, with or without personnel responsibility, we will consider it meriting but not a necessity. If you come from a service oriented profession such as restaurant or hotel before you will probably have the right eye for what needs to be done. However, more important than any previous experience is your personality. We will try to clarify what we mean but be warned: buzzwords are coming.


As a person you are independent and not afraid to take initiative or lead. You have a “can-do-attitude” and are prestigeless in your approach to work. You love interacting with others and when we call your references they will tell us about your service-minded mentality and eagerness to help those around you.

They will also highlight your energetic personality, creativity and solution oriented approach to work. In short, they will tell us that we are lucky to have you and that they wish you would work where they work, because you always made their day better.
